About ImgurUpload

Last updated: 7 October 2026

ImgurUpload is a free web tool that takes the friction out of sharing images. Drop your files in, press one button, and get back ready-to-use links that point straight at ImgBB's content delivery network.

How it works

1. You add your images. Drag and drop them, pick them from your device, or paste image URLs.
2. We forward them to ImgBB. Your browser sends each file to our server over HTTPS. The server relays it to the ImgBB API and immediately drops it from memory.
3. You get your links. Every successful upload returns a permanent direct link, a plain list, BBCode and a dedicated delete link, each with a one-click copy button.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account, an email address or a login.
• We do not store your images. Files pass through memory only and are never written to disk.
• We do not add watermarks or resize your files.
• We do not sell or share your data.

Technical details

• Maximum file size: 32MB per image
• Maximum batch: 100 images per session
• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP (WebP is converted to JPG)
• Upload methods: file picker, drag & drop, remote URL
• Encryption: TLS for every transfer
• Storage: ImgBB's servers and CDN — not ours
• Deletion: a delete link is returned with every upload

Who uses it

Developers attaching screenshots to bug reports, forum users who need BBCode, sellers adding images to listings, students sharing project work, and anyone who needs a quick host for a picture without creating yet another account.

Our commitment

The core uploader will stay free, with no premium tier and no hidden fees. The service is supported by advertising.
