Terms of Service

By using ImgurUpload (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service accepts image files from your browser and relays them to ImgBB. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ImgBB or any other image-hosting provider. Images you upload are hosted by ImgBB and are subject to ImgBB's terms of service and community rules.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or attempt to upload content that:

  • is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where the Service is hosted;
  • depicts sexual content involving minors, or is non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • promotes terrorism, incites violence, or is designed to harass or threaten a person or group;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property;
  • contains malware or is part of an attempt to attack, overload or circumvent the Service;
  • violates ImgBB's own terms of service or community rules.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.

3. Limits and fair use

Uploads are subject to a maximum of 32MB per image, 100 images per batch, and an hourly per-network rate limit. Automated scraping, bulk abuse, or attempts to bypass these limits may result in your access being blocked.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that uploads will always succeed, that ImgBB will always be reachable, or that a link will remain available forever. ImgBB may remove content or change its policies at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. These terms may also be updated; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Service against any claim arising from content you uploaded or from your breach of these terms.
